Our Exception...

Our Exceptional Staff

Red Barn School is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, and the school director and teachers are professionally trained in early childhood education.

A full-time director dedicated to administering Red Barn’s programs and supervising staff is always available to confer with parents.

All teachers are experienced and well qualified, with educational backgrounds that range from associates to master’s degrees. Staff training is a priority at Red Barn, and each year resources are allocated toward this end. Teachers are dedicated, talented and committed to the parent cooperative philosophy.

Each classroom is staffed by a teacher and an assistant teacher, with supplemental assistance from a float teacher and parent helpers.
