Looking for a preschool for your son or daughter starting this September? Bring them to our Red Barn Play Date on Friday, January 23rd from 9:30am-11am! This informal event is a great opportunity for prospective families to get a glimpse of our teachers and current students at work and play. This is a drop-in event, so no need to sign up in advance. We look forward to seeing you there!

On Saturday, October 18th, Red Barn parents gathered for the annual Fall Fundraiser to raise money for the school’s enrichment programs.  This year’s them was “Light, Camera, AUCTION!” –  a play on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It was a wonderful and successful evening. To read more about this special event, please see the recent article that ran on Wicked Local: Successful Fundraiser for Red Barn in Weston.

The Red Barn tradition is one of parents and teachers working together for the benefit of all the children. The school was established in 1943 and is one of the oldest cooperative nursery schools in the Boston area- we serve families in Wellesley, Weston, Wayland, Natick, and Waltham. It is one of our goals as parents and teachers to accept the responsiblity of this tradition and keep it alive for future Red Barn children.

It is the mission of Red Barn Nursery School to provide a safe haven in which children grow and learn about themselves and the world around them. Dedicated families and committed staff work together to create a learning environment based on respect and a shared vision for children.
