Summer Program

Summer Program

The philosophy of the Summer Program is the same as our regular preschool program. We seek to provide a warm, nurturing environment in which the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of each child is encouraged through a variety of active and quiet times and small and large group activities.  Much of our time is spent outdoors on our large well-equipped playground, but we also incorporate our air-conditioned building.

The Summer Program is open to all Red Barn students currently attending our school year program.

The Summer Program typically runs for two or three weeks beginning in early June.  The duration of the program is determined each year based on the projected end date of the local elementary schools.

Children may attend for one or more weeks.

9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., four days per week.

Children bring a nut-free lunch from home.
